Project Description

Considering that the project was to be built on a sensitive site and in close vicinity to Għadira Nature Reserve, a green design was adopted taking full advantage of the topography of the site hence reducing the visual impact of the project. Moreover, the fact that all rooms are partly submersed into the ground and the vast use of green roofs provides excellent thermal insult ion both in Summer and in Winter. This in turn makes the building very energy efficient.
